he is a Biochemist and completed his PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, along with Degree in Biomedicine. he is the Patent Inventor of the "Purification procedure of “manna impura” to obtain enriched and marketable “manna”. he is the Guest Editor for several international scientific journals. Author of 48 publications on International journals of Biochemistry and Nutraceutics. His research topics concern: Research on synthetic or natural molecules with potential antitumor, anti-inflammatory, and nutraceutical activity
